How to place an order ->
  • Log on to www.papeljam.com
  • Select a category - Pick the stationery you wish to own
  • Select quantity and click on “add to cart”
  • Then go back to the store and pick some more colourful products! ;)
  • Once you’re done, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart
  • Click on check out after perusing your purchase
  • Ensure that you have entered your shipping address and other required details carefully
  • If applicable, enter your discount coupon code
  • Check the final price and then select one of the payment options (COD [please see if any charges are applicable], Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking)
  • Fill in your payment details and your order is placed! (You are now officially a Papeljammer!)
  • You will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email ID. If you haven't received it, be sure to check your spam/junk 
  • If you want to make shopping easier on our website the next time, do register with us & create your account

Payment methods you can choose ->
  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking
  • "Cash on Delivery" can also be availed at your doorstep. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge of Rs. 100/- associated with it 

How Cash On Delivery (COD) works ->
  • When you place an order for your stationery using the COD option, your order will be confirmed. You will receive an email once the order is placed. Payment has to be made at the time of delivery.
  • Please note that if there is a default of payment at the time of delivery, the COD option will not be available to that customer for their next purchase.

If you have tried placing an order for your stationery using your Debit /Credit Card or via Net Banking but the order was not successful. What would happen to the money deducted from the card/account ->
  • In case of a payment failure, please retry confirming the information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) or that your Internet connection was not disrupted in the process
  • Please check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has been debited
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks usually roll it back within 7 business days
  • The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details

How will you know if an order is placed successfully ->
  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and/or via text message. This mail will have all the details related to your order. 

How can you cancel your order ->
  • You shouldn’t! But if you are sure you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order and refund your amount
  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, they cannot be cancelled and the payment must be made

How will your order be delivered to you and the estimated time of delivery ->
  • We have tie ups with various delivery companies that will deliver your products to you exactly where you want across India within 5-12 business days. In case of a delay, please email us at info@papeljam.com and we will try to resolve the issue at the earliest
 
Is there free shipping on your orders->
  • Yes, we do offer free shipping for orders above Rs.1000 & for any order below Rs.1000, we charge a flat delivery fee of Rs.75

What happens when a product is out of stock, but you still want it ->
  • If there is a any specific product that you absolutely love but is currently ‘out of stock’, send us an email on info@papeljam.com and we will try to get it for you! 

Incase of a product that was out of stock, but yay we have managed arranging it for you ->
  • The payment method is the same as a normal product but the delivery time is variable on the product that you choose. We will inform you about the delivery schedule for that particular product so that you are aware of when you should expect it
